Louis Brooke's work experience is as follows:

- At Zinc Network, they held the position of Executive Director of Research and Strategy from March 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director from September 2015 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's international work across various country offices and developed a global portfolio of work worth £8m per annum. Their responsibilities included strategy development, creative work, implementation, budget management, client management, and business development. Louis also served as the Head of East Africa from May 2013 to March 2019, where they were responsible for managing Breakthrough's operations in the region, developing communications strategies for clients, and acting as executive producer for TV and radio content.

- At Now Press Play, Louis Brooke founded the start-up in September 2012 and served as the Founder and Director. The company offers immersive audio experiences to schools and has expanded across London and the South East, with plans for franchising.

- Louis co-founded Move Your Money UK and served as the UK Co-Founder and Chairman from September 2012 to March 2019. The organization aims to create a more accountable banking system by empowering consumers through informed banking choices and giving them a collective voice in the media. Louis Brooke developed the campaign strategy, built the organization, established key partnerships, and built a nationwide supporter and volunteer base.

- Louis Brooke also co-founded Better Banking Campaign and Community Investment Coalition in 2010, where they served as the Co-founder and Coordinator until March 2019. Louis led a targeted lobbying campaign on community finance and bank reform, resulting in successful amendments in legislation, policy announcements, and ongoing access to senior politicians and civil servants.

- In the EU DG Home, Louis Brooke formed a team in 2014 to build the capacity of member states in strategic communications campaigns related to counter-terrorism and counter-violent extremism. Louis led the team and established a network of senior communications and counter-terrorism officials from 24 member states within the EU. Louis also conducted consultancy visits to member states and developed comprehensive strategies and campaigns.

- Earlier in their career, Louis Brooke served as the Communications and Marketing Director at the London Rebuilding Society from September 2009 to May 2013. Louis was responsible for developing and implementing marketing, communications, and investment strategies. Louis successfully raised grants and private funding for the organization, amounting to £4 million and £22 million respectively.

Louis Brooke attended the University of Oxford from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE).
