Andrew Glenn has extensive experience in the field of corporate systems and service desk management. Andrew began their career in 1998 as an IT Analyst for the Nebraska Dept. of Labor and then transitioned to the State of Nebraska, where they held various roles, including Infrastructure Support Analyst and Senior Infrastructure Support Analyst. In 2008, Andrew briefly worked for Geek Squad as a Deputy in Counter Intelligence before returning to the State of Nebraska as an Infrastructure Support Analyst Senior.

In 2011, Andrew joined NRC Health as a Supervisor for the Service Desk, where they introduced remote support tools and implemented Service Now as an ITSM tool.
