John Edwards has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries.

John began their career as a Rugby Reporter at Sportal Australia in 2006 before transitioning to a Producer role at TVNZ in 2006. The following year, they joined Auckland Cricket as a Reporter. In 2007, they moved to Yahoo, where they worked as a Frontpage Editor, Senior Producer, and eventually became a Product Manager.

In 2013, they joined Fox Sports Australia as a Commercial Operations Manager, overseeing subscription products and managing partner relationships. John later became a Product Manager, responsible for video and subscription products.

John then joined the National Rugby League (NRL) as a Senior Product Manager in 2016 and took on various roles, including Product Lead for the NRL Network and Head of Product.

Currently, they are working as a Digital Product Lead at HCF Australia, specializing in marketplace products.
