Nick Bartlett

Nick Bartlett, FCIPD, is an accomplished Chief People Officer with extensive experience in global human resources across various sectors. Currently leading HR at nShift since October 2021, Nick guides HR strategy for a company recognized as a leader in Cloud Delivery Management Solutions. Prior to this role, Nick served as Chief People Officer at 1E, where responsibilities included global HR leadership for EMEA, North America, and India, focusing on transformation initiatives. Previous roles include HR Director at GREE, Group HR Director at Jigsaw UK, and Head of HR and Training at UNIQLO, where Nick significantly enhanced HR strategies and infrastructure. Beginning a career at Oxfam and British Airways, Nick holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from King's College London and a Bachelor's in Development Studies from SOAS University of London.
