Devender Kadian

Devender Kadian, Phd has extensive work experience in the field of research and development, particularly in the agricultural industry. Devender is currently the Head of Research and Development at NSL Group, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Bayer as the Corn Principal Breeder - Product Design and Site Lead from August 2018 to June 2023. Before joining Bayer, they were employed at Monsanto Company, where they held various roles including Corn Line Development Breeder from April 2016 to August 2018, Discovery/Genomics Breeder - Corn & Cotton from January 2013 to April 2016, and Line Development Breeder - Cotton from August 2006 to January 2013. Devender'swork experience also includes a role as Zonal Research Coordinator-North at Mahyco from April 2005 to August 2006, and as a Research Associate at Great seed international, Hyderadad from June 2003 to April 2005.

Devender Kadian, Phd has a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Plant breeding from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University. Devender also has a PhD in Genetics & Plant breeding from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. In addition, they hold an MBA degree in Agri Business Management from The ICFAI University, Tripura.
