Steve Scholtz has a wealth of experience in customer insights and research, having worked in various roles at companies such as NSW Department of Education, TAFE NSW, Transport for NSW, Citi, ASIC, and IAG. With a background in Psychology, Communications, and Marketing Communications, Steve has held leadership positions in customer experience measurement, research, analytics, and building and evolving customer insights functions. At NSW Department of Education, Steve currently serves as Director of Insights & VoC, overseeing the delivery of world-class education services to over 800,000 students.
