Jatinder Bains

Jatinder Bains has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Nuffield Health. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Finance - Food at Marks and Spencer.

From 2018 to 2020, Jatinder worked as the Global Head of FP&A at Synamedia, where they established and developed the global FP&A function. Jatinder was responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as providing financial support to corporate business areas.

In 2018, Jatinder was the Head of FP&A at Prezzo Ltd, where they played a crucial role in defining the business plan for the investor presentation.

Before that, they were the Head of Finance at Byron and Travel Republic. At Travel Republic, they had full end-to-end responsibility for the finance function and implemented a budget and financial model for improved forecast accuracy.

Jatinder also has experience as a Finance Business Partner at RSA and held various financial controller roles at Sky, where they managed teams and provided financial and commercial support.

Earlier in their career, Jatinder worked as a Business Analyst at InterContinental Hotels Group and as a Funding Controllers Associate at Goldman Sachs.

Jatinder Bains has a BSc (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Warwick. They also studied Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry at Heston. Additionally, Jatinder has a Diploma in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, obtained in 2011, and an ACMA certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), obtained in 2004.
