Dan Seta has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dan began their career in 1989 as the Manager of IT at Meredith Boli. Dan then moved on to iRise, where they held multiple positions, including Manager of Customer/Technical Support, Global Manager of Customer Support, and Director of Customer and Technical Support. In 2016, Dan joined NationBuilder as the Director of Frontline Customer Support, where they streamlined processes and improved the quality of support provided. Dan then became the Director of Customer Success at MobileCause in 2017, before joining NuORDER as the Senior Director of Customer Support in 2019.

Dan Seta attended Mercy Montessori from 1972 to 1976 and Walnut Hills High School from 1977 to 1983. Dan then went on to earn a BS degree in Physics, Mathematics, and English from Georgetown University from 1983 to 1987.
