Suraj Mirpuri

Suraj Mirpuri has a diverse and extensive work experience. Suraj currently works as an Engineering Manager at Nursa since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Engineering Manager at eHealth, Inc. from 2020 to 2022, where they successfully managed a team and led various initiatives resulting in a significant increase in enrolled applications.

From 2018 to 2020, Suraj worked as a Sr Manager, Cloud Applications at Mitel, where they managed a frontend team and achieved notable accomplishments such as delivering the video meeting collaboration feature and improving application uptime.

Before that, they served as an Engineering Manager at Tata Consultancy Services from 2016 to 2018. Suraj also held positions at ARRIS (formerly Motorola Mobility) as a Software Architect from 2013 to 2016, and at Motorola Mobility as a Principal Staff Software Engineer from 2005 to 2013.

In the early stages of their career, Suraj was the Founder & CTO of xMobile Solutions from 2004 to 2010, a Senior Software Engineer at SavaJe Technologies from 2003 to 2005, and a Software Engineer at Kada Systems from 2001 to 2003. Overall, Suraj's work experience demonstrates their expertise in engineering management, software architecture, and software development.

Suraj Mirpuri has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Suraj also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Madras. In addition to their academic qualifications, Suraj has obtained certifications in project management. Suraj is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, which they achieved in May 2014. Suraj has also earned a Certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley Extension in February 2014.
