Adrienne Roach is an accomplished Research & Innovation Product Technologist at Nutricia North America, where critical leadership is provided in product innovation and development for medical nutrition products targeting various health concerns. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Project Manager at Nestlé, overseeing a $35M innovation portfolio and managing product launches, as well as roles as Senior Food Technologist and Technical Project Manager at Nestle Nutrition North America, focusing on product development for the Gerber Lil Bits® line. Adrienne also contributed to the advancement of bean-related research as a Post-Doctoral Research Consultant at Bush Brothers & Company and has a solid academic background with a PhD in Food Science and Technology, a Master of Science in Biosystems Engineering and Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
