Sandra Hernandez Ojeda has extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Sandra began their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Representative with Werner Enterprises. In 2013, they joined Werner Global Logistics MEXICO S DE RL DE CV in the same role. In 2016, they were promoted to Operations Leader and also began working as a Sales Manager with CMA CGM. In 2017, they were promoted to Supervisor de operaciones y servicio al cliente, where they were responsible for supervising the operations and customer service team, coordinating and developing providers, and reviewing costs. In 2019, they joined Fast Forward as Senior Manager Customer Care, and in 2021 they joined Nuvocargo as Manager, Customer Success.

Sandra Hernandez Ojeda obtained a Licenciatura Gestión Cultural in Gestion cultural from Universidad de Guadalajara between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended ITESM-CEM between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn in 2021, a Diplomado en comercio y logística aduanera from ITAM in 2016, and an IATA from Asociacion Mexicana de Agentes de Carga (AMACARGA) in 2014.
