Jeff Cooper

Jeff Cooper has 35+ years’ experience as a financial executive. Certified Public Accountant, Certified Forensic Consultant and a Fellow at the American College of Forensic Examiners. Jeff is a former manager at the Big 4 Accounting Firm of Deloitte Former Managing Partner of the accounting firm of Cooper and Cobb, CPAs. He is also a former CFO of the publicly traded company Spinnaker Software. Consulted to numerous Companies at their start including iRobot, Northern Light Technologies and Palm Technologies. Jeff graduated with high honors from Northeastern University with a BS in Accounting.
