Katie Rogers Sieker

Katie Rogers Sieker has a wealth of experience in the technology and start-up fields. Katie began their career in 2011 as the Founder of Kate + Co Consulting. In 2014, they became the People Operations for Weebly and the Talent Manager for Lytro Inc. In 2017, they took on the role of VP, People for eVisit and in 2018 they were the Co-Lead and Program Lead for PHX Startup Week, as well as the Founder and Chief People Officer for CoVibe. In 2019, they became the VP, People for LeadMD and in 2020 they were the Co-Founder and Executive Director for ThrivePHX. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the role of VP, People for Atlis Motor Vehicles.

Katie Rogers Sieker's education history includes a Masters of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communication from Northeastern University, which they earned between 2009 and 2010. Katie also holds a BS in Psychology from Roger Williams University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2004. Lastly, they have attended Rhode Island School of Design for Interior Design, though they have not yet completed a degree in this field.
