Jack Kramer

Jack Kramer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Jack is currently serving as the Director of Operations and Information Technology / CIO at Nyman Turkish PC, where they manage strategic technical and operational decisions for a nationwide legal practice. Prior to this, they worked at Microsoft as a Director Specialist, where they managed customer technical sales relationships with the Defense Industrial Base technology sales group. Before that, they served as the Principal Sales Engineer at Puppet, responsible for the technical sales leadership of the Department of Defense inside sales team. Jack also worked at Dell Technologies as an Advisory Consultant and Solutions Principal, delivering solutions and providing organizational transformation services to Fed, DoD, and commercial customers. Jack started their career at ICS Nett as a Senior Systems Engineer, deploying new technologies for a Department of Defense customer development environment. Before transitioning into the private sector, Jack worked at Michigan State University in various roles, including Manager of Information Technology and Computer Systems Specialist, where they managed the technical environment and staff for a high-impact department and provided technical support to end users. Overall, Jack has demonstrated expertise in technology sales, solutions delivery, and organizational transformation.

Jack Kramer attended Michigan State University from 2005 to 2020 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Information. After completing their degree, Jack received certifications including Double VCP - Data Center Virtualization & Desktop Mobility, VCP7-DTM, VCP6-DCV, VCAP5-DCA, VCP5-DCV, and Security+ce from institutions such as VMware and CompTIA.
