Heewon Choi

Heewon Choi has been working in the field of battery engineering since 2014. Heewon began their career at LG연구 as a Specialist, where they were responsible for the selection, characterization, and validation of Lithium-ion cell materials, as well as the design, development, assembly, and testing of Lithium-ion battery cells. In 2020, they joined Beyonder AS as a Senior Electrochemical Engineer. In 2022, they moved to Factorial Energy as a Senior Cell Development Engineer, and then to Nyobolt as a Senior Battery Engineer.

Hee Won Choi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Purdue University between 2007 and 2011. Heewon then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Electrochemistry from The Ohio State University between 2012 and 2014.
