Hannah Mixer has over a decade of experience in management and customer service roles, primarily at Nystrom & Associates, Ltd. since February 2015. Currently serving as the Manager of Scheduling Operations, key responsibilities include oversight of call center operations and the development of scheduling policies. Previous roles at Nystrom & Associates include Call Center Assistant Manager, Office Manager, and Assistant Office Manager, where significant achievements include supervising large teams, enhancing customer service skills, and facilitating staff training.
