Sean Plambeck is the Senior Staff Editor at The New York Times. Sean has over a decade of experience working as a journalist and editor for various news outlets. Plambeck began their career as a journalist for Cumberland Newspapers in 2005. Sean then moved to The Daily Advertiser before joining News Digital Media in 2008 as a reporter and online content producer. In 2009, they became the Senior Editor for NewsCore, a wire service that focused on spotting breaking news stories. Plambeck joined News Corp Australia in 2011 as a Senior Editor, where they managed a team of journalists and wrote a daily digest of the news known as the Brekkie Wrap.
