Ting He

Ting Ting has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in the areas of fund formation, maintenance, and investment for various types of funds and investment vehicles. In their role as Senior Vice President, Legal at Oaktree Capital Management, they worked with institutional and retail investors on a range of strategies including fixed-income products, private equity, and multi-strategy products. Prior to this, they served as Managing Counsel at Toyota Financial Services, where they were responsible for corporate finance and investor relations. Ting's early career includes roles as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Clifford Chance LLP, where they worked on a wide range of corporate transactions and gained experience in debt capital markets and private equity.

Ting Ting received their LLB with First Class Honors from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd in 2003. Ting went on to pursue an LLM with Distinction in International Business Law at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2003-2004. Following that, they completed a Post Graduate Degree in Legal Practice Course with Distinction at BPP Law School in 2004-2005.
