Alexander Furer

Alexander Furer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Alexander started their career as a Summer Analyst at FTN Midwest Securities Corp in 2006.

From 2007 to 2014, they worked at Maren Group as Vice President, supporting senior executive teams in Mergers & Acquisitions advisory.

In 2011, they joined InfuSystem, Inc. as the Vice President of Finance & Strategic Planning, where they played a key role in the acquisition of First Biomedical, Inc. and led initiatives to integrate acquisitions.

In 2013, they became the CFO at Kaviva, an enterprise healthcare startup, where they managed financial statements, supported product pricing, and coordinated fundraising efforts.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked as Manager of Finance & Strategic Planning at MUDD Water Hauling, LLC.

In 2018, they joined Quovo as Head of Finance and later became a Finance Manager.

In 2019, they worked at Plaid in Strategic Finance, contributing to the company's mission of delivering access to the financial system.

In 2020, they became the Head of Finance at lululemon Studio.

Most recently, in 2023, they joined Obligo as the VP of Finance.

Alexander Furer attended Groton School from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained their high school degree. After that, they pursued higher education at Harvard University from 2003 to 2007, earning a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics with a focus in Economics. Additionally, they received a citation in French during their time there.
