Niclas Engdahl

Niclas Engdahl is an experienced indoor environment consultant with a strong background in environmental assessments and building inspections. Since December 2018, Engdahl has worked at Ocab Sverige as an Inomhusmiljökonsult, focusing on indoor environment investigations in buildings where occupants experience health issues. Prior to this, Engdahl was employed at Sweco from June 2017 to December 2018, conducting technical and environmental due diligence for significant real estate transactions and performing environmental assessments during demolition and renovation projects. From January 2015 to June 2017, Engdahl worked as an Überlåtelsebesiktningsman and damage investigator at Anticimex, completing around 800 property transfer inspections related to hidden defect insurance. Engdahl also operated a construction company, Engdahl bygg, from January 2009 to January 2015, specializing in total contracts within renovation and maintenance projects. Ongoing education at Anticimex complements Engdahl's professional expertise, which began with a foundation at Åva gymnasiet.
