Barbara Vazquez

Barbara Vazquez has a diverse work experience history in the food and beverage industry. Barbara started their career at PepsiCo in 2004 as a Project Engineer and worked there for nine years. In 2013, they joined Weetabix North America / Barbara's Bakery Inc. as an R&D Senior Leader for a year. Since 2014, Barbara has been associated with Ocean Spray Cranberries, first as an Innovation Principal Processing Engineer and currently as a Sr. Principal Process Engineer, showcasing their expertise in process engineering and innovation within the company.

Barbara Vazquez earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Food Technology and Processing from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, from 1997 to 2001. Barbara also completed their high school education at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1994 to 1997.
