Barbara Vazquez has a diverse work experience history in the food and beverage industry. Barbara started their career at PepsiCo in 2004 as a Project Engineer and worked there for nine years. In 2013, they joined Weetabix North America / Barbara's Bakery Inc. as an R&D Senior Leader for a year. Since 2014, Barbara has been associated with Ocean Spray Cranberries, first as an Innovation Principal Processing Engineer and currently as a Sr. Principal Process Engineer, showcasing their expertise in process engineering and innovation within the company.

Barbara Vazquez earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Food Technology and Processing from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, from 1997 to 2001.
