Jessica Janota

VP, EHR Operations & Customer Success at OCHIN

In her current role, Jessica oversees both the Epic and NextGen EHR hosted product lines offered by OCHIN. She is responsible for the teams which provide day-to-day member support - whether by the OCHIN Help Desk or Member Care Teams - new member installation and expansions, and implementation/maintenance of preferred product integration solutions. Jessica has been with OCHIN for over 8 years, but before that, she got her start in the industry being recruited directly by Epic, residing for a time in Madison, WI.

With an academic background in Environmental Sciences, she received her B.S. from Loyola University Chicago and an M.S. from Purdue University. Although initially a little out of her comfort zone, Jessica has embraced the important role of healthcare and technology in their society and continues to serve the mission of OCHIN through the support her teams provide to the OCHIN member collaborative. Additionally, Jessica is currently enrolled in the Executive MBA program with the University of Oregon which is scheduled to complete Spring 2020.
