Jared Roesch

I am a Co-founder of OctoML a company focused on building services and tools for machine learning systems and ops. We are actively hiring in multiple roles.

My current focus is working on building the next generation of machine learning and deep learning systems as part of the Apache TVM and at OctoML. As Chief Architect I lead efforts between product, engineering and R&D both in OSS and our product offerings.

I completed my PhD at the University of Washington as part of the PLSE and SAMPL groups.

I'm a computer scientist at heart. I love taking insights from the research community and applying them to build intelligent, performant, and powerful systems. I have been fortunate to gain experience across many diverse areas including web development, JIT compilers, software engineering, computer architecture, functional programming, compilers, verification, databases, systems, and machine learning.
