Kyle Hodgson

Kyle Hodgson's work experience begins in 1998 as the Director of Technology at iStorm New Media, where they were responsible for IT and managed servers and workstations. Kyle then worked as a Software Developer at Queen's University, where they consulted on and managed the development of a Human Resources website. From 2003 to 2005, they served as the Chief Technology Officer for RS Group of Companies.

Kyle later joined DCR Strategies, Inc. as the Chief Technology Officer, leading projects in eCard payment technology and developing technology for a sweepstakes promotion. At KEV Group, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer and focused on architecting and leading a software development team to create a new product line for the educational sector.

In 2012, they joined ThoughtWorks as a Principal Consultant, Executive Technology Principal, and Software Developer, where they worked on consulting engagements for clients in various industries and solved technology, organizational, and business problems.

From 2019 to 2022, they worked at VNDLY Inc as the Director Of Engineering, where they were involved in building a better Vendor Management System and integrating it with Workday, ultimately leading to the acquisition of VNDLY by Workday.

In 2022, they served as an Interim Head of Tech at wisp and later as a Principal Consultant at a company not specified. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Engineering at Odyssey Energy Solutions.
