Daleri Brown

Daleri Brown, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Daleri started their career in 2013 at Advocates For Family Peace as a Support Staff/Human Resources Coordinator for three years. After that, Daleri joined Lutsen Resort on Lake Superior as a Human Resources Coordinator for a brief period before being promoted to the role of Human Resources Director, a position they held for four years. Currently, Daleri is working at Odyssey Resorts as the Director of Cook County HR & International Recruiting, a role they assumed in 2023.

Daleri Brown, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Superior. Daleri also has an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Medical Administrative Assistant and Health Unit Coordinator from Minnesota State College Southeast. In terms of certifications, they have obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM, as well as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Daleri has also completed a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging course from LinkedIn.
