Jose Consorte

Jose Consorte has more than 25 years of work experience in various roles related to Operational Excellence and Total Performance Management. Jose has worked in major companies such as Olam, Nestlé, The HEINEKEN Company, Tetra Pak, and Pirelli. Some of their key achievements include implementing and managing TPM strategies, improving OEE and quality metrics, delivering significant cost savings, and leading teams in multiple international locations. Jose's expertise lies in driving operational improvements and optimizing manufacturing processes. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Factory Operations at OFI.

Jose Consorte attended the Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba, where they studied Industrial Mechanical Engineering.
