Pam Dietz

Pam Dietz has extensive experience in rental operations management, currently serving as the Rental Operations Manager at Ohio Cat since 1999. In this role, Pam established standard operating procedures, trained Rental Coordinators using best practices, and managed a central dispatching department, while also leading the rollout of new rental software and auditing equipment reports for a multimillion-dollar inventory. Prior to Ohio Cat, Pam owned and operated Artistic Foods Inc., a successful high-end catering business serving notable clients such as Case Western Reserve Alumni Society, ACLU, and Cleveland Browns from December 1990 to September 1998. Pam holds multiple certifications in project management and Six Sigma Lean, including a DMAIC & CPS Blackbelt from Caterpillar MSAC in 2015 and further training from Caterpillar Edwards Learning Center in 2011.
