Craig Anderson has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Craig started their career at Berry Global, Inc., where they worked as a Group Lead, managing machine operations, employee safety, supply management, and on-time delivery. Craig then moved up to become the Operations Group Lead Trainer, where they developed a comprehensive training program and resources for Group Leads, resulting in improved efficiencies. After exceeding expectations in this role, they were promoted to Operations Supervisor, where they managed and oversaw the Slitting and Extrusion production process and implemented strategic management efforts that improved machine efficiency. In 2020, Craig joined Ohio Gratings, Inc. as a Sr. Project Manager, directing the day-to-day operations of a project management and engineering team. Craig recently transitioned to the role of Director of Experience, where they focus on improving the overall customer service experience and developing sustainable business practices through technology and ERP solutions.
