Joey Croslin

VP of HR at Oklahoma City University

Joey Croslin is the current Vice President of Human Resources at Oklahoma City University. Joey has been with the university since February 2009, originally starting as the Assistant Director of Human Resources, Recruitment & Employment. In this role, they served as a strategic partner to managers providing guidance related to staffing, recruitment, and selection. Joey also was responsible for administering the university's applicant tracking system and onboarding software, as well as managing the onboarding process for all new employees.

In September 2011, Croslin was promoted to their current position as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they oversee all aspects of human resources for the university. This includes developing and implementing short and long term recruitment strategies, coordinating strategic initiatives of the Administrative Services department, drafting annual non-academic assessment reports, and managing the staff Employee of the Month recognition program.

Joey Croslin has a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Resources Management from Park University. Joey also has certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in PHR.
