Tracey Roybal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracey began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Firstrust Bank in 1999, where they handled customer account transactions and was responsible for balancing their branch daily. Tracey then joined The Receivable Management Services Corporation (RMS) in 2000 and advanced to the role of Reporting Coordinator. During their time there, they oversaw teams handling receivables of over $2 billion and played a key role in opening a new office in Pueblo, CO. In 2011, they joined Parkview Medical Center as a Process Improvement Data Analyst, where they created databases to organize and import data for reporting, tracked workflow for various processes, and published scorecards to monitor improvement. In 2012, they transitioned to Oklahoma State University as a Database Analyst, assisting with various programs within the Center for Executive and Professional Development. Tracey then joined the Oklahoma State University Foundation in 2014 as the Director of Information Integration. In 2018, they joined Walmart as an AP Customer Host, and in 2021, they joined Best Buy as a Sales Advisor. Tracey Roybal's work experience showcases their expertise in information integration, data analysis, process improvement, and customer service.
Tracey Roybal received their Diploma in College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from Parkland High School in 1992. From 1994 to 1996, they attended Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, where they earned a BA in Latin American Studies and Spanish. In addition, Tracey obtained additional certifications in "How to Feel Less Busy" and "Productivity Tips: Finding Your Productive Mindset" from LinkedIn in January 2020.
