MacKenzie Watson, J.D., serves as the Sr. Director of Global Employee Relations & Compliance at Okta since July 2022, leading efforts in employee relations and compliance to enhance organizational health and the Oktanaut experience. Previously, MacKenzie held positions as Sr. Director at Zoom and Sr. Manager at Amazon Web Services, where extensive experience in workforce engagement and performance management was developed. Pro bono legal work as an attorney with the Washington State Bar has been a commitment since June 2012, providing legal assistance to low-income individuals.
