Irina Dvinskikh

Irina Dvinskikh has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent position being the Head of HR, Russia at Olam since 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Eksmo from May 2023 to August 2023. From November 2018 to May 2023, Irina was the Head of HR and Admin department at LANXESS. Irina also has experience with Dentsply Sirona, where they served as an HR Business Partner from October 2012 to November 2018 and as an Assistant to the General Director from April 2008 to September 2012.

Irina Dvinskikh completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, Moscow, during the years 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied Linguistics with a focus on English Language teaching methods at the International University of Nature, Society and Man 'Dubna' in Dubna, from 2000 to 2006.
