Palmer Hatch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2012, they worked as a Tennis instructor at Lake Orion High School, where they led students through drills and provided one-on-one lessons to improve their tennis skills. From 2015 to 2015, Palmer interned as a Packaging Engineer at NORMA Group, where they participated in a Toyota Kaizen event and helped increase productivity and storage capacity. At Arlington Scientific, Inc., from 2018 to 2018, they worked as a Marketing Team Member and a Supply Chain Management Intern. In 2019, Palmer co-founded Canary Safety Devices and served as the CEO and Product Manager, developing devices to help firefighters identify potential health hazards. Palmer then worked at PepsiCo from 2020 to 2022 as a Maintenance and Engineering Supply Chain Manager. In 2022, they interned as a Product Manager at OliverIQ before transitioning into a full-time role in the same position. Palmer also gained experience as a Web Developer at DevMountain Student Developers, where they developed JavaScript algorithms to create web applications using React.js.
Palmer Hatch completed their high school education at Lake Orion High School from 2010 to 2014. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurial Management at Brigham Young University, graduating in 2020. In 2022, Palmer attended Devmountain for a program in Full-Stack JavaScript Development with a specialization in React.
