Jessica Xu

Jessica Xu is a seasoned professional in data science with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Data Science at OneMain Financial since 2022, Jessica leads the design, development, and deployment of data science models and solutions across marketing, operations, and credit card business. Prior to this, Jessica was the Director of Decision Science at American Express from 2012 to 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing enterprise-level data strategy involving consumer and commercial credit bureaus and alternative third-party data vendors in the U.S. Jessica holds degrees from Peking University and Yale University.
