Leen Nunn is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving at Omni Hotels & Resorts since March 2022, Leen has held previous executive pastry positions at Bluejack National and The Omni Homestead. Leen's career began with roles as an Assistant Pastry Chef at Omni Hotels & Resorts and ARIA Resort & Casino, and further developed as a Pastry Chef de Partie and Pastry Cook/Chocolatier at Bottega Louie and SLS Hotel Beverly Hills. Early experience includes cake and pastry decoration at Paris Baguette, and baking and barista duties at Beard Papa Coffee & Bakery. Leen holds an Associate Degree of Arts from Pasadena City College and further education from California State University of Northridge.
