Caio Garcia began their professional career in 2010 as President of CAP jr Consultoria, where they managed the company focused on providing consultancy to companies in the region, as well as leading corporate and project boards in the fields of administration, agronomy, veterinary, biology and zootechnics. In 2012, they became an Administrative Intern at Govern, where they were responsible for developing activities with high school interns from the Acessa Escola program and providing IT and administrative training. In 2016, they joined ManpowerGroup Brasil as an Administrative Assistant and Cogna as a Customer Experience Coordinator for the BU Platos, where they focused on excellence in customer service, experience and success. In 2021, they joined Omnichat as a Customer Support Manager, acting as technical support manager reporting directly to the COO, managing 12 people who serve B2B customers at first level (L1), premium support and second level (L2). Caio restructured the support offered to customers based on their tiers and needs, increasing the CSAT of services provided (above 95%), opening and screening issues/bugs, and interfacing with areas such as Engineering, Product and Customer Success.

Caio Garcia's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2009 to 2014. In 2016-2017, they completed a Specialist degree in MBA in Public Management at Anhanguera Educacional. Caio also obtained an MBA in Project Management from UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná in 2019-2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Degree in Management Information Technology at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná from 2019 to 2022. Additionally, Caio has obtained several certifications, including a Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate from CertiProf in 2021, a Customer Experience Essential from CS Academy in 2021, a Como evoluir do Excel para o Power BI from DATAB in 2020, a Fundamentos de GTD 1: Dominando o fluxo de trabalho from Call Daniel in 2019, a Gestão Inovadora de Projetos com Design Thinking e Scrum from Udemy in 2019, a Gestão de Projetos from Veduca in 2019, an Advanced level in English language from UPTIME – Comunicação em Inglês in 2017, and an Excel Avançado from Unesp in 2012.
