Andrea Castro currently serves as the Head of Strategic Digital at Omnicom Media Group, leading the OMD Digital team in El Salvador since June 2021. Responsibilities include the strategic planning, negotiation, and execution of digital advertising proposals, management of digital media budgets, and the analysis and optimization of campaigns across various platforms. Prior to this role, Andrea managed the Marketing Department at Vitrales, where key achievements included the establishment of integrated marketing plans and the development and administration of an online store. Additionally, Andrea has experience as an E-commerce Consultant for USAID, focusing on enhancing competitiveness for small and medium enterprises through digital marketing strategies. Educational qualifications include a specialization in Planning from Escuela Mónica Herrera and a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from the same institution, along with advanced English training from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'.
