Dwayne Britton has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Prior to this, Dwayne worked as a Corporate Trainer & Workshop Facilitator at DAY|WON, where they designed engaging workshops and learning experiences. Dwayne also held the role of Training & Development Lead at Zalando, where they led a team in designing and implementing training programs for a rapidly growing business unit. Dwayne has also worked at Apple, adidas, lululemon, and Royal Caribbean International in various training and leadership roles. Dwayne Britton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Pepperdine University. Additionally, they have obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from the same institution.
