Shea DeBord

Shea DeBord has a wealth of experience in operations and supply chain management. They most recently held the position of Head of Operations, Americas at On, starting in March 2023. Before that, they were the Head of Operations, North America at On from April 2022 to February 2023. Prior to their time at On, Shea worked at InVue as a Director from January 2021 to April 2022. They also have a long history with Under Armour, where they held various roles, including Director of Global Supply Chain & Customer Integration from an unknown start date to September 2020. Overall, Shea has extensive experience in leadership positions within the operations and supply chain field.

Shea DeBord attended Salisbury University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications & Fine Arts. Additionally, Shea's education history includes studying Lean Six Sigma Green Belt at Villanova University.
