Tobias has a strong background in strategy formulation and execution, specializing in special projects, growth & M&A strategy, operating turnaround, and digital transformation. Tobias also has experience in M&A opportunity lead at Shell and various leadership roles at other companies. Tobias holds a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and Bachelor's degrees in Economics from Universidad de 'San Andrés' and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
