Jenefer Villacarlos

Jenefer Villacarlos is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Lead Project Manager at onsemi since August 2018. In this role, Jenefer manages site project managers and engineers, ensuring project milestones are met within approved budgets while overseeing new product development (NPD), capacity ramping, and cost-saving initiatives. Prior to this, Jenefer worked as a Project Manager at Fairchild Semiconductor, coordinating NPD projects and cross-functional support. Jenefer's career began in quality engineering, serving as Automotive Site Customer Quality Engineering and Site Quality Engineer on international assignment, addressing customer quality issues and facilitating quality audits. Jenefer holds an M.B.A. from the University of San Jose Recolletos and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of San Carlos.
