Erica Sayers has over ten years of experience in payroll management. Erica began their career in 2011 as Manager, Payroll and Benefits at The Endocrine Society, where they were responsible for semi-monthly payroll for 80+ employees using ADP. In the same year, they also began working as Payroll Manager at ABC Imaging, where they managed semi-monthly payroll for 500+ employees working in 39 different locations in 29 states. In 2013, they moved to WeddingWire as Payroll Manager, responsible for semi-monthly payroll for 400+ employees using Paylocity. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Buckley Sandler LLP as Payroll Admin / Senior Accountant and at PayTech as Senior Payroll Consultant. Currently, they are working at Senseonics, Incorporated as Manager, Compensation & Internal Controls and Payroll Manager, and at OncoC4, Inc. as Accounting Manager.

Erica Sayers obtained an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Erie Business Center-Erie between 2001 and 2003. Erica also holds two Certified Payroll Professional certifications from the American Payroll Association, one obtained in April 2014 and the other obtained in May 2014.
