Anthony Villasenor

Anthony Villasenor has a diverse work experience spanning over 37 years in various roles within the real estate and financial industry. Anthony started their career in 1982 as an Associate at Merrill Lynch, and later worked at the Business Real Estate Company as an Owner for over 20 years. Anthony also served as a Senior Vice President at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and a Senior Vice President at Voit Real Estate Services. In 2010, they became the Managing Director at Del Mar Capital Partners. Throughout their career, Villasenor has demonstrated expertise in commercial real estate, including asset management, investments, sales and lease representation, development consulting, and property management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President/Partner at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where their team specializes in retail shopping center investments, mixed-use projects, value-add opportunities, land development, leasing, and valuations. In addition, Villasenor has served as the President of RealStir CRE and the Director of CRE at Ten-X.

Anthony Villasenor attended San Diego State University from 1979 to 1982. Anthony studied Real Estate Finance during this time.
