Geulis Tiara Alisya has a solid work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Geulis Tiara currently works as a People, Talent Acquisition at Brick - Financial API, where they focus on empowering the next generation of fintech builders with an easy-to-implement and inclusive financial infrastructure. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources - Tutor at Harisenin.com.

Geulis Tiara also held multiple roles at Hello Health Group, starting as a Talent Acquisition Executive, responsible for full-cycle recruitment for Indonesia's team. Later, they were promoted to the position of Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, where they collaborated with local and regional teams to build hiring plans and recruit new talent.

Additionally, Geulis gained experience as a Human Resources Apprentice at TaniHub, where they played a significant role in end-to-end recruitment for Commercial Trainee positions. Geulis Tiara obtained their initial experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Finmas, a leading homegrown fintech platform, where they focused on hiring salespeople for various branches.

Geulis Tiara Alisya obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they have also earned several certifications. Geulis Tiara obtained the Basic Human Resources Professional certification from One-CHRP in August 2022. In March 2022, they became a Speaker for ClassX Human Resources at Harisenin.com. Before their graduation in 2019, Geulis also acquired the Idea for a Better World: Leading Change Through Policymaking certification from the British Council in July 2019.
