Hisham Ali

Hisham Ali has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Hisham started their career as an intern at Mahiti Infotech in 2018, followed by internships at NEEDUS TALENT CONSULTING and Anzy Careers in 2019. At Anzy Careers, they also worked as a Human Resources Executive. In 2021, Hisham joined Groww as a Talent Coordinator and later as a Technical Recruiter. Hisham then moved to MFine as a Talent Acquisition Associate and later as a Talent Acquisition Partner. Currently, they are working at ZET as a Talent Acquisition Executive, responsible for building the Product and Tech team. Their work at ZET involves managing India's largest network of agents digitally for sales and distribution of financial products.

Hisham Ali pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from MGUniversity, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, they enrolled at Kristu Jayanti College for their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, specializing in Human Resource Management. Hisham attended Kristu Jayanti College from 2017 to 2019.
