Rinsy Backer

Rinsy Backer has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Rinsy is currently working as the Head of People at ZET (previously OneCode), a fintech company focused on connecting consumers to financial brands in India. Prior to this, Rinsy was responsible for talent acquisition at PharmEasy, one of India's largest healthcare aggregators. Rinsy has also co-founded BixTic, an HR as a Service (HaaS) organization that provides customized HR services. Rinsy has held managerial positions at QikPod, CareerNet Technologies, Yahoo!, and Huawei, where they were involved in human resources, talent acquisition, and technical recruitment. Rinsy has a strong background in recruitment strategies and practices, particularly in the areas of technology, including big data, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Rinsy also has experience in handling end-to-end recruitment, policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, payroll, and invoicing.

Rinsy Backer completed their Master's degree in Electronics from M.G University from the years 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calicut from 2001 to 2004. Rinsy'ssecondary education involved completing A.I.S.S.C.E and C.B.S.E from New Delhi in the year 2001, and A.I.S.S.E from New Delhi in the year 1999.
