VARTIKA KUMARIA

Vartika Kumaria has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. VARTIKA most recently worked at ZET as a Senior Recruiter. Prior to that, they were an Engineering Recruiter at Gojek, where they supported the hiring process for product manager and design roles. Vartika also served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mobile Premier League, where they focused on recruiting for data analytics and data science positions. VARTIKA gained experience at Google as a Recruitment Operations Associate, responsible for coordinating the hiring process for engineering, product, and leadership roles. Earlier in their career, Vartika worked as a Company Recruiter at GreyOrange Pte Ltd, sourcing and screening candidates for the warehousing industry.

Vartika Kumaria began their education in 2012 at Delhi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. VARTIKA successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2015. Subsequently, they enrolled at ICFAI Business School in 2016 to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree. Their specialization during their MBA program was Marketing and Analytics. Vartika successfully completed their postgraduate studies in 2018, thus concluding their formal education.
