Cassandra Weir

Cassandra Weir is a Project Controls Manager at OTIE, a position held since January 2023, following an extensive career at AECOM from June 2005 to January 2023. At AECOM, Cassandra held various roles, including Project Manager, where responsibilities included updating financial tracking spreadsheets, compiling monthly progress reports, and managing project controls for multiple client portfolios. As a Project Control Specialist, tasks involved forecasting unbilled costs and preparing invoice packages, while earlier as an Environmental Scientist, Cassandra conducted over 150 site assessments for diverse clients in the western United States. Cassandra earned a BS in Environmental Science Resource Management and Biology from California State University, Channel Islands, between 2003 and 2005.
