Shanelle Bolton is currently the Chief Program Officer at OneSky. Shanelle has extensive experience working in various aspects of child welfare and education.

Shanelle Bolton began their career in child welfare at the Bronx House, Inc. where they served as the Director of Early Childhood Education from 2010 to 2014. Shanelle then transitioned to the Henry Street Settlement where they served as Educational Director from 2014 to 2016. In 2016, Shanelle became the Executive Director/CEO of the Child Study Center of New York, a position they held until 2017 when they joined the NYC Department of Health & Mental Hygiene as Senior Advisor for the Bureau of Child Care. Shanelle left the Department of Health & Mental Hygiene in 2018 to join the NYC Administration for Children's Services as Associate Commissioner for Child Welfare Support Services, a position they held until February 2022 when they joined OneSky as Chief Program Officer.

Shanelle Bolton has an EdD from NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. Shanelle also has an MS in Early Childhood & Childhood Education and Teaching from Fordham University, and an MS in Library and Information Science from St. John's University. Shanelle is also certified by the CITI Program in Export Controls Course, Essentials of Research Administration, Conflicts of Interest, Short Supplemental Course, GCP – Social and Behavioral Research Best Practices for Clinical Research, Social and Behavioral Research - Basic/Refresher, and Undue Foreign Influence: Risks and Mitigations.

They are on a team with Vincent Low - Director of Development, Hong Kong, Emma Chen - CFO, and Vo Thi Hien - Program Director, Vietnam. Shanelle Bolton reports to Morgan Lance, CEO.
