Anthony Maia

Anthony Maia has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Anthony started their career as a Trainee Network Security Engineer at CEA in April 2016, where they worked until July 2016. Anthony then moved on to Thales Services as a Security Engineer from September 2016 to September 2017. Following that, they joined Excellium Services in October 2017 as a Consulting - Red Team Lead Operator / Penetration Tester, a role they held until September 2021. In 2018, Anthony became a University Professor at Reims University, and they currently work as a Senior Security Engineer at Onfido starting from September 2021.

Anthony Maia completed their Master's degree in network administration and security from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne in the years 2015 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their educational journey. In 2017, they earned CCNA, CCNA Security, and CCNP Routing & Switching certifications from Cisco Networking Academy. In 2018, they obtained the GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) certification from GIAC Certifications. In 2019, Anthony obtained the OSCP and OSWP certifications from Offensive Security, as well as the Adversary Tactics: Red Team Operations certification from SpecterOps. Additionally, they achieved the Pro Labs: OFFSHORE certification from Hack The Box in 2019. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained the Architecting on AWS certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
